Pitch Sessions are where selected startups and scaleups get the opportunity to present their solutions to industry challenge owners and experts from Equinor & Aker BP — based on the defined challenge areas. This is where we explore relevance and potential fit, and assess whether further discussions could make sense.
All companies who believe they can contribute are welcome to apply — regardless of technology readiness level. We evaluate relevance, potential impact, and team capability as part of the process.
What happens if you are selected
Shortlisted companies will be invited into focused pitch sessions with the actual decision-makers and domain teams. The goal is to explore if there is a strong mutual match — and if further joint work toward pilots makes sense.

NDA & IP
Nordic Energy Matchbox does not use NDAs at this stage. Participating companies must not submit any confidential information or trade secrets. Only non-confidential, high-level information should be shared when exploring potential matches.
Any later bilateral process that requires confidentiality or IP clarification will be handled directly between the involved parties, outside of Matchbox.
