Nordic Energy Matchbox was established to accelerate new industrial value creation in Norway, starting on the West Coast — by creating a neutral arena where long-term industry needs meet relevant solutions. Our focus is on strengthening future competitiveness, supporting the energy transition, unlocking business opportunities where new technology can make a measurable difference, and inspiring the development of new solutions and capabilities needed for the energy transition.

The initiative is driven and operated by Innovation Dock, Validé and Energy Transition Norway, and developed in close collaboration with Equinor and Aker BP. Our role is to translate needs into clear challenge statements, bring the right people together at the right time, and create a structured path for exploring alignment and potential future collaboration.
