Igniting qualified conversations
between innovators and industry.
Nordic Energy Matchbox is where real industrial challenges meet qualified startups and scaleups within climate & energy. We translate needs into clear challenge statements, source relevant teams, and facilitate short, focused sessions with the right decision-makers.
This is a new arena designed to accelerate industrial problem-solving — not through generic pitch days, but by opening doors to conversations about real industry needs and opportunities. These conversations can lead to follow-up sessions if the industry sees a potential fit.

challenges we are currently exploring
On 12 February, Equinor and Aker BP walked us through the challenge areas they see ahead and shared the industrial context behind future value creation.
The session offered valuable insight into where real opportunities are emerging, what the industry truly needs, and where technology could create relevant impact.
The next step is the Pitch Sessions. The first Pitch Session takes place on April 22, and the second Pitch Session will be held during ONS week (24-27 August). These events are by invitation only and follows an application process.
